Pakistan believes that the state of bilateral relations with India should not be a hindrance in fulfilling its international sports related obligations,” read a press release on the website of the Ministry of External Affairs.

The much awaited India-Pakistan match was rescheduled to be held on October 14 instead of October 15 last week. According to an Indian Express report, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has approved the schedule change. Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
The newspaper had earlier reported that the date of the India-Pakistan game on the first day of Navratri, which is celebrated with great fervor in Gujarat, is likely to be rescheduled.
The new schedule will now have three matches on October 14. Apart from the India-Pakistan match, Bangladesh and New Zealand will play an ODI in Chennai, while defending champions England will face Afghanistan in Delhi later in the afternoon.
